Description

This presentation is part of the Button University Series focused on the button classification system found in the NBS Blue Book--our official button organization manual. What decisions does a button collector face when assembling a tray of buttons in a MATERIALS class? Using white glass as the example material, Ms. Journeay starts with 100 buttons and makes selections and eliminations until 42 small white glass buttons are chosen. Consider her decisions as they apply to white glass and use them for any material section you wish to assemble, aiming for the broadest representation from a limited button supply. This is a 27-minute presentation.
