Notice to All Dealers for Springfield, 2025

At Springfield, 2025, all dealers will rent 8'x30" tables.  The rate for the rental is $170 per table for the three days the convention is open for sales.  Senior dealers may rent priority tables at $200 per table for three days.

Senior dealers are those who have sold for 10 or more years at an NBS convention.  Non Senior dealers are those who have sold for fewer than 10 years.

Contracts will automatically be emailed to Senior dealers on January 15.

Non Senior dealers must apply for tables by email to the convention manager at billfink1245@verizon.net after noon EST January 1, 2025.  Each applicant will receive a confirmation email and a position number on the list of applicants.

After all Senior dealers are placed in the showroom space, Non Senior dealers will receive their contracts by March 15.
