The hotel will operate an 8-passenger van in rotation SPECIAL FOR NBS.The shuttle is doesn’t have handicap accessible features, it is a standard van.
The hotel doesn’t normally offer an airport shuttle service
If you call inquiring about the shuttle, you MUST tell the hotel front desk this is a special shuttle for National Button Society on the dates below.
The hotel will have an informational sheet in the front desk binder, but it’s possible the staff will need to be remindedARRIVALS: 10am -8pm daily on August 5, 6, 7 & 8
We will run a constant loop to/from the airport
Once the guest arrives in baggage claim, they can call the hotel to find out next expected shuttle

Departures: 6am-7pm daily on Saturday and Sunday, Aug 12 & 13
SIGN UP at the front desk: first come first serve for each time slot.
They hav a sign-up sheet for capacity; this will work like arrivals.
The shuttle will head to the airport AT THE TOP OF EACH HOUR.
